First, the product was well packaged and had everything we needed and putting it together was quick between my husband and I. The frame is very sturdy and solid. My disappointment comes from the cushions…the seat cushions have tabs to hold them in place which I was very excited about because we live in a pretty windy area and the cushions blowing into the pool was a concern. But, they still slide around really bad. And the Bach cushions have NO way of staying in place at all and therefore fall over constantly and looks really sloppy on my deck. When I pay $600 for something I expect it to be good quality and for the most part it is, but the cushions leave a LOT to be desired. ... show more

    • Not sturdy and is wobbly, and hard to piece together.
It's not horrible, but I wish it was easy to send back. It would be a nightmare. The screws and washers were very cheap and stuck together so I had to go buy better ones. The directions did not have each step, or show every piece being put together. It was missing whole steps in the process. Ince I did figure it out, the chairs are wobbly....seriously? With shipping and tax making this buy around $150, I do not recommend this to anyone. ... show more
