Garbage. Purchase to make terrain for a tabletop game, and the pieces that arrived were not only almost all thinner than an inch, they were inconsistently so. Unfortunately it's basically useless for the purpose I intended it. Maybe if you need this phone for something where the thickness consistency is not important this could be a good deal. I bought 2 packs of this. It was not the described material but still COULD have worked if the thickness was actually 1". Since I bought 2 packs it was 14 pieces total and NONE of them were 1" thick. 3 pieces were 1/2"-3/4" thick and 11 pieces were MAYBE 1/8" thick, so way thinner than what I needed.     • Not high density or 1". Not even close.
They're probably 1/4" thick each, and after 8 hours no signs of decompressing anywhere even close to 1". Even so, it's soft and very spongy foam. Not at all high density.
