I love to cook and pretty much make dinner for my family every day. I’ve only had the knife for a short time but I love it. The weight, the balance are perfect for me. The handle fits so well into my hand the knife has a very comfortable feel. And yes it’s sharp as heck. I never put my knives in the dishwasher but I hand wash them right after using. Like the cutting ability. Knife handle is a bit weighty, but that may be me needing to get used to it. Good hand feel, cord both large and small things just as well. Hope it maintains its sharpness. So far, so good. I like the look of the handle!

Full disclosure: I'm not a chef. We're just a regular couple who cooks for survival, not for the Joy of Cooking. However, using these knives REALLY makes a chore much easier thus enjoyable. I used it to cut a beef meat tonight for dinner and it was sooo smooth and easy compare to my old knife. Also accidentally touch the blade, just a touch and my finger bled. Indeed a very sharp knife but be careful.
