Great product baby is kept super warm but it's very annoying every time u take the baby in n out the zipper gets stuck. For that amount of money they should figure it out

The zipper was stuck and unable to operate. Gave as a Christmas gift and when baby was born opened item to a damaged, inoperable zipper. Contacted 7Am via their only option which was email and they strung me along for a while with troubleshooting tips then got to the end where I sent pictures and receipt and they said they cannot help since the footmuff was purchased on amazon.
