Features

  • High-quality rope: 24-strand double-layer braided nylon structure; high wear-resistant coating prevents UV, water, sand and grease from entering; breaking strength up to 35,000 pounds, equipped with upgraded sewn sleeves and auxiliary shrink tubes to prevent physical wear and tear while easily handling all difficult towing points.
  • High elastic recovery: With an elongation of up to 35%, the recovery absorbs a large amount of elastic potential energy, which can safely and effectively pull out vehicles stuck in mud, sand, snow or high-slope roads without transmitting impact force, ensuring that your vehicle will not suffer any damage.
  • Automotive essentials: Suitable for most models including off-road vehicles, trucks, SUVs, sedans, ATVs; can be used in environments such as mud, sand and snow. The breaking strength of the rescue rope is about three times the weight of the towed vehicle: 7/8-inch kinetic rope is perfect for SUVs, 1/2-ton trucks and small trucks, and 1-inch kinetic rescue rope is suitable for 3/4-ton trucks, campers, vans and small RVs.
  • Bonus storage bag: The handbag has enough space to store your off-road recovery tool kit. With reinforced straps and waterproof PVC material, it can bear heavy loads and withstand rough handling, keeping your car clean and tidy, providing more convenience for your outdoor adventures.
  • 100% Satisfaction: If you are not 100% satisfied, we will replace a new one or refund your money in full, 5-star experience guaranteed: If you have any questions, please let us know and we will serve you wholeheartedly.

  • It works well
I've always used the strap version of the kinetic energy recovery systems. I thought I would try the rope kind. For most applications I would avoid the 1" diameter as it'll most likely be too strong. The rule of thumb i was told is 3 times the weight of your vehicle should be the breaking strength. Of course you can't get it exactly right. If it's too light it could snap. If it's too heavy it's not going to stretch far enough to get the full kinetic effect. 1" would be the correct size for a large truck while 7/8 is better suited for pickups and cars. To use one of these you need to connect one end to the pulling vehicle, lay out the rope so there's no knots or debris on the rope, and connect the other end on the stuck vehicle. Make sure you connect to something very strong that will not damage the rope or get damaged by the force of the tug. Do not use chains or steel shackles with these. If they break they become a high speed missile. Once connected have plenty of slack in the rope. I would say half the distance between the two vehicles should be half the length of the rope. Then start to pull. As the rope tightens it stretches building up energy (like a rubber band). Start off with light tugs and slowly increase until you get the vehicle free. The rope feels well made. There's protectors on each end to help prevent the rope from being damaged. It comes in a nice bag so it can be stored when not in use. The ends can easily be looped around a ball on a trailer hitch or slid into a 2" receiver. ... show more

  • Excellent Recovery Rope
This appears to be a good solid recovery rope or kinetic rope. I got the 1" x 30' size. It has a rubber or vinyl sleeve over the splice that has been glued on to ensure it stays in place and should help prevent it from eventually unraveling in the spliced area. It then has a cloth sleeve on each end to help prevent damaging and defraying the rope itself. The 1" one is pretty solid, it weighs 10lbs according to my scales. While I haven't had an opportunity to try to pull a stuck vehicle out of a ditch or deep tread yet, I have no doubt it will work fine for that. It comes in a fairly lightweight nylon or polyester bag which it not as heavy duty as the rope. It's purely for containing and carrying the rope. It's been covered on the inside with a light rubbery or vinyl coating that is fairly thin. I could see light through portions of the bottom where the vinyl coating didn't cover it completely. So you wouldn't be able to, in my opinion, use it for carrying additional items such as iron D ring shackles or other heavy fasteners for connecting the rope to a vehicle. It might carry them for a while but I think it would eventually give way. However, a couple of soft shackles should fit rather well and be light enough to carry in it. Regardless, that shouldn't reflect on the rope itself, it seems to be very heavy duty and well made. ... show more

  • holds up well
I've pulled a few of my friends out of some deep mud ruts using this. It come with a good bag to store it in so muddy rope isnt flopping around in the bed of your truck. I am very pleased with this purchase.

  • Seems well constructed, beefy and heavy-duty. A carry bag was also included.
The TetherTite 1" x 30' Kinetic Recovery Rope, 35000LBS Tow Rope / Heavy Duty Breaking Strength for UTV, ATV, Truck (Blue) that I received seems well constructed, beefy and heavy-duty. A carry bag was also included in the packaging. With some soft shackles, will be a great addition to my recovery kit. Claimed to work well in extreme weather conditions ranging from -40F - +215F, I'm hoping this Kinetic Rope will prove to be both durable and versatile. ... show more

  • High Quality & Heavy Duty
The media could not be loaded. I was definitely surprised at how quality made this rope is. It’s heavy duty and everything about it screams quality. It comes with its own caring case. That is plenty big enough to fit the rope in not use. The material around each end is also high-grade and quality made. I ordered the 20 foot length, which is perfect for my 4 x 4 quads. in the past, I had used a typical toe strap which I didn’t care for because you’re supposed to start from a taunt position whereas with this recovery rope, it is designed where you are supposed to give it some slack and pick up speed, using that speed to ‘snap’ the vehicle loose without the risk of tearing the line. For me, this is much safer and much more effective this line is plenty heavy duty enough for my ATV. it in the back and attach it to my 4 x 4 while on the trails. ... show more

  • 7/8" is perfect for a UTV / Side x Side
Exactly perfect for a SxS or UTV in the 7/8" size. It fits the rear tow point of a Maverick X3 perfectly without the need for a soft shackle or anything else. Super well made, even includes a bag. This is the perfect recovery strap for a UTV, so happy with it!!

  • Good tow rope.
The media could not be loaded. This is an excellently made tow rope. The eyelets are impeccable. The braid is strong and I have no doubt it will pull 35000 pounds as advertised. Safer than a chain and stronger than a tow strap, this tow rope is my Goto for pulling vehicles out of the mud or sand. Handy carry bag that it fits nicely into. It’s a good deal. Five stars. It should be noted that the title says 3500 lbs but this rope is rated to break at 35000 lbs. ... show more
