I was pulling a small car out of the snow. That car had slipped from the road into the deep shoulder. I miscalculated a bit and pulled too hard. The attached car just shot out of the shoulder. Just bought this a month ago and I had a rollback tow truck put itself in the ditch on my gravel road. I was able to pull him back into the road with my SUV with no trouble. **UPDATE** Absolutely no way to contact the seller directly. You can ask questions through Amazon chat, but that just allows the Amazon associates to talk to you. I went round and round like an idiot. I’m buying a brand new one. I’ll take the bag out of it. I’ll put the damaged bag back in, and I’ll return it. That seems to be the only solution. *************************************************** Rope does exactly what you expect it to do. The bag, however, that it comes in is worthless.
