This is a great plow. I've had it for a few years and it's still going strong. Highly recommend it. Installation was easy and direction were easy to follow. Mounted the plow and a winch in about 4-5 hours. Super fast delivery (at least for me, I live about 45 mins from there warehouse) got it the next day. ... show more

    • Blade edge is a pain to bolt on
I seems to be sturdy ( not used yet). The engineers gave little thought about bolt placement. Very hard to get to the nuts on the edge scraper.

To start, I think the blade itself and the push tube are beefy and sturdy. Built much like a truck plow. I really like that! Here's the thing's I found annoying or just didn't like. First, the cutting edge installation it ridiculous. The bolts come out way low on the inside of the plow up tight against the lower reinforced section. You cannot put a socket or the closed end of a boxed wrench on the lugs. Would have been nice to ratchet all 8 of those on, instead of 1/4 turn at a time with the open end of a boxed wrench. Second is the bolt the holds the angle adjustment handle on is long and leaves it a bit floppy. Maybe shorten it or toss in a few extra washers in the kit? Third the break pins have a LARGE Allen head. Not something that most folks have laying around. I used channel locks instead. But for $400+ plow, maybe include the one Allen key in the kit. And lastly the plow shoes are held on by cotter pins. Meaning you have to bend them to stay in place and to make adjustments later bend them again to straight and pull them out. How about small locking pins? Easy on and off like fisher uses on their plow shoes. I mounted this 60" on my 2018 sportsman. Handles it fine. Beware, if you're purchasing the custom mount for one of these machines. 2015 and up, you'll be required to remove the battery. Not Denali's fault. Just horrible battery placement by Polaris. Other than those thing's, which eventually I will customize and work the kinks out of. This is a great plow. And it does come with 2 cutting edges. ... show more

800’ driveway. For a mid priced plow it’s Very solid. Very well built compared to the $3-400 garbage. Only used it on three snowfalls so far, but it looks like it should hold up for a long time. Probably out live the 4-wheeler.

    • Needs better factory welding
Weld on plow broke during its first use plowing drive had to weld winch bracket back on and now it works fine. Hey guys maybe a little better welding job at the factory would make a better product.
