Pros: very comfortable. Lightweight enough to move around patio but sturdy enough that it feels like good quality. I got the dark gray non swivel chairs. Looks beautiful, love the dark gray color. Seller was quick to respond when I thought I had an issue during set up. Excellent value/quality for the price. Cons: when we went to build the ottomans the labels were mislabled but we originally thought that holes were in the wrong place. This is why we reached out to the seller. After some rearranging we realized the labels on the ottomans were mislabled and then the holes ended up matching so we could put the ottomans together. Some of the wicker that wraps around the corners of the furniture (mostly the bottom) looks like it's already wearing thin. We will probably add some glue to reinforce it. The rest of the pieces were labeled correctly. Instructions were hard to read and you really have to pay attention to the small details in the instructions. ... show more

Extremely unhappy with this purchase. All of the hardware was open and all over the bottom of the box. Directions were extremely vague on putting it together. Holes did not lineup for screws. Not enough washers were sent. Edges already scuffed up on chairs. Cushions all unraveling. I am very unhappy. The set looks cheap and like after a month it will fall apart. ... show more

The chairs swivel..as for rocking...no! Main reason I wanted them. Back cushions are so thin you can feel the back of the chair. Thankf God the covers unzip so I can just add some more fluff to them. Only got one chair put together so far and it was simple to put together. The plastic wicker is pretty flimsy, so not sure durable it will be. The cushions are very cheap I will have to replace them immediately. The sides are just plastic strips not wrapped wire. I have already had to glue pieces of the strapping back on. Very disappointed in the quality. This is probably just a 2 yr set of light use. Would not recommend.
