As customer service was timely. Unfortunately if your looking to purchase this set thinking it's all aluminum it is not as rust did start rather quickly. Maybe a little touch up paint. Cushions are pretty good as I liked how fast they dried after a downpour. Overall sturdiness is pretty solid.

The seller responds quickly which is great. We had gotten a notification that our set was delivered but we were missing a box. Seller responded with a new tracking number for the last box of items and we received it promptly. The issue I had was that the cushions for the back were almost flat and barely inflated after removing from packaging, one of the buttons fell off on its own, there was a significant dent on the back piece of the couch which my husband had to muscle out, and there's scratches on one of the arm rests. I was able to superglue the stray button but the scratches don't have a fix. Not sure if this happened during shipping or if the items were mistreated before packaging. Either way you're probably better off investing in some better cushions for the back rest. The ones for seating are really great and they have a zipper for easy removal and washing; plus they attach to the furniture. The metal overall was in good shape and everything was easy to assemble. Just didn't like the fact that we had to do minor repairs to a brand new product. Overall the furniture looks great, is sturdy and im sure once I get better cushions for the back it will be even more comfortable to use. The dent was on the large piece that makes up the back of the couch. Luckily it was on the bottom so it's barely visible. I have included pictures of the cushions so you can see the structural integrity between the back rest ones and the seating ones. Hope this helps! ... show more
