    • Perfect for training
These balls are great if you need extra balls to keep practice moving. They are not game ball material, but they get the job done for practice. My only concern is the durability of the stitching. So far, they are good, but I can see them coming apart reasonably quickly.

Let me start by saying I am no softball expert! My two daughters, 9 and 11, started playing softball this year, and we were looking to have some balls to practice in the yard to prepare for games. These balls were perfect for their use. The bright yellow color allows us to play into dusk and not lose sight of the balls. The balls feel good in the hand, albeit a bit softer than I remember and what I have played with. The soft feel made them more comfortable gripping the balls and learning to throw and catch. Having six is valuable, as it allows for more batting and catching vs. running all over to snag one ball. These mention being "official" softballs, but there is no writing on the balls to verify this. But again, this was not a major deal because they look and feel good enough for our use. These will hold up for younger kids' batting practice, but long-term use or adult use may decrease the balls' longevity. The quantity you receive for the price point is a great value and something I have recommended to other families looking to add a few balls to their girls' backyard practice without breaking the bank. ... show more

    • Good for Practice only, and not hard hitting.
These are good and cheep for practice and throwing/catching. I use these for my daughters softball team practice. While they are cheep in price they are cheaper in quality. Even with younger women hitting them. they get out of round and loose their shape after a while.

This set was a huge bang for my buck because quality softballs can be expensive and these were a great value and the quality also was A1. I loved the way it comes in a box which I handed to my daughter as an end of the season gift. Highly recommended for practice pitching and hitting.

Great price for this set of softballs. You can never have too many when your daughter is constantly losing them after hitting them so hard! LOL Great quality balls, official size!

    • Seemingly good quality for balls without an association stamp
They have a good cover and the weighting is about right (maybe a little lighter). I do have concerns on hitting them, think about it, you spend $300 on a bat to hit a ball the doesn't have a COR rating, probably okay for U-Trip bats but these balls are not coming close to my USA/ASA bats. If you are in a limited flight league and using aluminum bats, I'd go with these for the value and overall quality. For me these are strictly throwing warmup balls, given that role, they should last a long time. ... show more

These are good Softballs. My daughter has used them everyday to practice. Size, weight & material seems to be just fine. They should be just fine to use for practice or games. They are well worth the price. You can't go wrong with these.
