My only complaint is that it's not gold- it's a tan champagne without glitter, a very matte and flat color that comes on a lot of 'gold' products now. I think I'll paint it before installing but wanted to touch on that because that's really the only bummer. Will update with install ease review once I've painted. This chandelier comes exactly as pictured. Installation was simple, I just removed the old light fixture, screwed in the support bracket (included) and then connected the wires with the wire nuts (also included). Of course be sure the power is off, preferably at the breaker. The chandelier gives you enough chain to allow you to set it at your preferred height. I had a little trouble screwing in the part that covers the connectors at the ceiling level but once I enlisted some help from a friend to lift up the fixture everything went smoothly. This is a very beautiful chandelier. It was pretty easy to install. It's nice and big. The extra chain on it makes it so you can adjust to how you need it to be. It can be low hanging or you can pull it up and have it higher. It is working wonderfully in my dining room and it looks fantastic.

I've hated the light in our music room since we bought our house. It was so dated, hung too low (people hit their heads on it regularly) and just didn't fit with the rest of our home. My husband had it up in less than thirty minutes. It was easy to adjust how low it hangs so now no one bumps their head anymore! It looks great and we get so many compliments on it.
