The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my office to freshen it up a bit. I don't like the chemical laden air fresheners, but essential oils smell so natural and clean. This is a much better option. It releases the oils into the air and it can cover a lot of space. Please keep in mind that this is a diffuser, not a humidifier. It releases some mist, but not a huge amount. I really appreciate this because I live in a very humid climate so I don't want more moisture in the air. I really like the stag design on the front. It adds a nice pop of color without going overboard. The remote is very responsive and works great. However, I know how forgetful I am and I will probably end up losing it at some point. Great product, wish you had more just like this one The next one that was recommended, while not having this, was a piece of garbage that does not work and I am sick of explaining about it and disturbing that I dealt with a woman employee of yours that was no help, but informed me I could pay to have them pick it up, I am very disappointed with me being unable to afford this loss and serous thoughts of shopping somewhere else, but as you can see I am still ordering things, I am disturbed however that on Facebook (3) people stated that Amazon packages have bed bugs, this does present some problems, I hope I won’t have to deal with this too (?) ... show more

I have a few different diffusers some costing 3x as much as this one & don't perform or look as good as this one this is a very good Diffuser & the essential oils that come with it are pretty good to get you going & to figure out what type of fragrances you prefer I will definitely be purchasing more of these as gifts if they come back in stock . ... show more

Product looked fine, but it doesn’t work! Added water & oil, plugged it in and nothing. Probably will keep the junk instead of trying to return but won’t buy this brand again. Meantime, I’m waiting for my adult son to visit to see if perhaps I’ve done something wrong or if it’s just ‘junk’. Also, after looking back over my purchase, there was no oils with the diffuser!
