Product worked great on pre loaded files. Any other files I tried to load it would fail consistently. Tech support was no help. They asked me to share the files I used. I did and they said there are errors. I used .nc & .ncc per the needs of the machine. And still failed. Sent those to tech support and they didn’t understand why. Amazon was great in issuing the refund and getting the product back to them. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Not sure what company even makes this machine no name on it anywhere. 1) very loose tolerances on motor bracket allowing wobble while machine is engraving/cutting. 2) cannot find a program to get this machine to sinc with for a gcode. Using vcarve pro and will not allowing to export this .nc ext for files. 3) right side limit switch tab arrived broken off. 4) instructions for the install/put together is horrible to see any specifics. Those are the bad I don’t like. 1) if mechanical/experience you can figure out install out not a good newbie’s first CNC. 2) good price on sale however you do get what you pay for. I have used it once with sd card sent with machine . It worked but not great set z to 0 with paper and on Dragon file it went thru material into bed. No way of knowing the slice of file . ? If you buy one good luck. I will be sending this back due to the tolerance issue. Update : changing my rating to 3 stars. This company has earned my respect with offering a full refund or replacement parts. Bravo 👍 ... show more

I picked it up on sale. I planned 3 days to fully assemble and test. I was absolutely ecstatic when I opened the box and saw that most of the cnc was pre built! I was cutting within 3 hours of opening the box. It was so much better then building the 3018. There was a defect with the collet nut that wouldn't allow me to tighten it to the spindle. I worked with Amazon customer service to resolve the issue ... show more

The unit went together well but the routers electrical connector was missing and there were 3 badly tapped track mount holes. I used nuts since the screws were just long enough. I had an issue with the collet but was able to get the machine up and running in a little over an hour. The company was very responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. ... show more

Not quite was I was expecting. I had a difficult time uploading the software and and issues with the collet and the overall engraving process I decided to return it and the company was great to deal with in that regard by issuing me my full refund

Good for a cheaper CNC. The board did blow when I was using a laser, user error. The company sent me a brand new one for free when I emailed them asking if I could buy a replacement.
