Overall the experience with this company was very easy going. I saw a similar patio set at Lowe's & Home Depot. Both were priced much higher and were not in stock and couldn't say when it would be available. So I ordered from this company. The process was easy and painless. The furniture arrived and extremely easy to assemble. Every thing fit together very well. Only reason I gave 4 stars vice 5 is that the shipment was delayed and when shipped all pieces were to arrive together, however, that didn't happen. Cute set but the ball bearings are falling out of the swivel part of the seat!!! The seller won't get back to me with the email address so I can send the pictures to them, maybe they will see pictures on this review!!! After spending almost $700.00 for this set I'm really wondering if it's worth keeping it or returning it. Haven't had a chance to use it yet due to the cold weather!!! Chairs are great. Table was okay HOWEVER one leg of the table is shorter than the other 3 and now I have to place an object under the leg so the table doesn't wobble.

I love my bar height table and chair patio set. The smoke color table top is awesome compared to the typical clear glass top. Delivered in 3 boxes, no pieces were damaged in delivery. Once I figured out how to put the first chair together, the remaining 3 were easy to assemble. The table was the easiest to assemble. Total time spent assembling was about 6 - 7 hours. The chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. Looks great on my back deck. I also added the LED light to my umbrella which adds a nice touch to late nights. THIS IS A NICE SET OF PATIO FURNITURE, BUT IT IS NOT HEAVY DUTY. THE CHAIRS ARE LIGHTWEIGHT & COULD EASILY BLOW OVER WITH HEAVY WINDS. IT SERVES OUR PURPOSE VERY NICELY.
