Simple design, solid construction, stylish looking, hitting all the marks alright. Quality of material and workmanship clearly shows, and install is easy enough. Only gripe is the sharp corners. Would have preferred more rounded lines. But personal taste so not taking anything off. Happy user.

Strange product. The pieces are made with heavier duty metal and look good. Up close, there are a multitude of little imperfections, as if they're going for a hint of distressed, handmade look. The edges aren't parallel, but the pieces can be adjusted and/or positioned to look. The corners aren't square. Some corners are rounded?? The mounting hardware are very good. The plastic drywall anchors is trash, because they'll spin along with the screws and create bigger drywall holes. You'll should replaced them with toggler drywall anchors. ... show more

Other than a few barely noticeable flaws in the finish of the towel holder, this set is working out great for my spare bathroom. Everything installed nicely and is sturdy without any worries about the screws coming out of the wall over time. Very happy!

I ordered the Fenas 5 piece bathroom hardware set to repair the main bathroom in a rental property. I'm always surprised that items like this are damaged or missing when tenants move but sadly they are. This five piece set includes everything needed. The cost is in line with other generic brand products. This set looks nice but has some imperfections that I would not accept for my own home. The corners are not sharp and defined. There are areas on the finish that aren't as smooth as the rest. The finished is described as brush gold and is a brighter gold than I typically see with brushed finished products. The pieces feel study and hung easily. All in all the set served my needs but if you are looking for the best appearance you may want to seek another option. ... show more

    • The hand towel and toilet arm move too much!

I think the quality is there for the current price all except for the two design flaws I've noticed. The brackets that actually get screwed to the wall are slotted so you can adjust the angle before tightening down the bracket. The issue with that is that for the hand towel and toilet paper holder, the leverage put on the arm can cause the bracket to move since all you're relying on is friction to keep it in place. I solved that problem by drilling my own holes in the metal plate to keep the angle of the bracket fixed. The other issue is very similar in that friction is again holding the angle of the bars to the brackets so i have to keep pushing up the towel bar as someone in my house is a little heavy handed with it. When I have time, I'll remove the towel bar and tighten the screws, maybe even use some CA glue too, I'm sure it's fixable, but there's not reason why, at this price point, I should have to fix it. ... show more
