Great undergarment for sports outdoor activity. Pay attention to chest size verses s,m,l,xl etc size as they run smaller. Good news is it a spandex material so it’s not so far of( for me) that it does not work

As with the leggings I purchased, I'm not using these for athletic wear; I bought these to take to Scotland as a baselayer under my outer clothing. And for that they did a great job. Particularly in Orkney and Skye, the weather was somewhat colder and the wind blows much stronger along the coast. These shirts were just right under my regular shirt and jacket for keeping the wind out and keeping me warm without getting hot. Also, I was able to sink-wash these and they dry overnight.
