It’s very soft and spacious. My son is 4 months and he still has plenty of room to move and kick. He loves all the toys especially the crinkle tie. I do wish the toys were a little lower for him to reach. But he’s happy.

This play mat is super cute and very soft and fluffy. I do love it and I’m not sorry that I bought it. However, it would be so much better if the attachment loops for the activity pieces were different. You just loop them through each other and they come apart extremely easy. I have an almost 2 year old who always wants to play with this with his baby sister and I put it back together multiple times a day because it comes undone when he pulls on it even slightly. This floor mat is very cute and comfortable but it is not safe for tummy time. It’s way too thick and it’s not breathable for a newborn who is learning how to lift their head or roll over.
