It would have been very easy to assemble, but I had a terrible time opening the battery case. I could see where it should have opened, and attempted with my fingernails, hurt myself, used tweezers, used scissors, hurt myself again. Finally it broke off (unintentionally) but I could insert the batteries. It was kind of like the plastic got fused together wrong in the factory. I recommend buying rechargeable AA batteries along with this purchase, because it burns through 3 AAs very quickly and it's just not sustainable or good for the environment to be continuously replacing disposable batteries and throwing them out to light this christmas tree. Other than THAT, this is an awesome tree. It takes no fluffing, it's beautiful, lightweight, and when you have to disassemble it it goes right back into the small pizza box it ships in. So my cat’s mess with the main big tree every year, i wanted to find another tree that could be like, the main attention/ take away from the crappy backside of the main tree… lol!!! I honestly am so glad i found this new tree, it is wonderful!!! The set up is easy as can be, you can take it down every night if you wanted! It is so light weight, the bulbs are big balls of colorful light’s and it’s circular inside/ all around, no legs or pegs! So no crappy tree parts falling!!! Only suggestion, get hanging ornaments and not the circle ornament’s, as you need a hook for these.. and! Have a lighter tree topper, my big one wouldn’t work.. lol! ... show more

This little tree is perfect for any small spot. Tiny footprint, big bling! Love the LED lights - 3 AA batteries and you're good to go! Sparkly and cute, great in a kid's bedroom, studio apartment, or small business to add a little festivity for a very reasonable price. Took about 3 minutes to set it up and fluff it out. I think it took 2 minutes to pack it back into the box (the size of a medium pizza box) and toss it in the closet for next year! Can stand on the floor or a table. It doesn't fool anyone into thinking it's a "real" tree...or even a high quality artificial tree. But the garland and the lights are so festive, that's forgivable. ... show more

I love this tree. We have a small corner and this fits perfectly. It's like a pencil tree...narrow/slim but does have a cone shape. The tree rings are attached to each other so the set up is easy. You put the thin pole pieces together and then top it off with the tinsel tree and it just falls down into place. Putting it away will be just as easy. Less storage too!! ... show more
