This item was a huge improvement over the stock bulb during night driving and improved my ability to be seen during the day. It required a minor change of making an alignment slot in the original housing. After that, it was plug and play. Well worth the investment.

I bought this for a 2016 Victory Highball. I had to take a pair of scissors and cut the triangle pieces off the rubber gasket, and remove the black basket behind the original light. No other modifications were necessary. Light fits great, looks great, and is brighter than the factory assembly.

I can't believe how bright this is and how easy it was to install, and for such a great price. HD can take their $410 LED and do you know what with it! This has made such a huge difference. I have a 2014 Sportster 1200 Custom and it was a great fit. The prongs on the plug were a bit too long but I pushed it into the harness as far as it would go then wrapped the whole connection in electrical tape as a precaution. I'm sure it will be fine since the factory ring was a great fit and everything just went right back together easily. ... show more

I bought this for my 2003 Harley Davidson Sportster at at first it was pretty good, brighter than the OEM halogen bulb, but after a few weeks if I parked my bike outside and it got cold and humid (I live near the coast), there would be moisture inside the lens. I also noticed I need to have the high beam on while driving on the highway or I can't see as far as I'd like to. Then this past week I noticed a rattle coming from the light and today I removed the light while trying to find the rattle and lo and behold its coming from inside this light. So although it looks nice, its not that bright, not moisture resistant, and now is literally rattling itself apart from the inside out. ... show more
