Opted for daylight because the room is very small and has only one light source and very little outdoor brightness. Needed to brighten the new white paint. Works very well. I got a 4 pack of these to replace some 25 year old can lights with super hot and inefficient incandescent bulbs. After trying another kind of retrofit LED lights that didn't fit tightly in the old can, I opted for these. Installation is almost mindless and the 5 color temperature settings should please anyone.
