I didn't have the advertised "free 1gb" I had to pay a $ 9.99 subscription and it worked for just about 3 hours!!!! I should have paid attention to these negative reviews first. Can't get any help. No chat, no one to talk to. Sending it back. Don't buy this useless garbage.

    • This is a $65 paperweight. It comes with no instructions and no help either by phone or online.

I will definitely not order anything from this seller again. The online prompts are available only by cell phone, and there is no place to go when the prompt does not work for the user. I ordered something else that DOOES work. It is definitely going back.
