Seeing the Setracker2 app, I retrieved my setracker2 account which I used in India as I had a similar 2G watch from aliexpress around 3 year back. As I logged in as from Asia, there are certain features disabled on the watch. My spouse account initially connected(new account from USA), but later says the watch offline while the Asia account says connected(They may not like one parent in India and other in USA). I appreciate the unity of vendors to have same software but emails are not yet to be responded in 24 hours now. The appstore says offline while tracking is working on the app. Later I found AT & T not supported for mobile internet(access point addition restricted for user). The calls are not reaching at times as network goes to emergency mode at times(May be temperature in Seattle is 0C or 32F now).Later both asian account and the american account stopped connecting to the device and setracker2 says device offline in both setracker2 accounts.. Update: After ~24hrs asked for serial number then no update after that. You can see this review if amazon is not holding the same. ... show more

My son loves this watch it has great features. The battery life is pretty great. You can take photos and make calls. The down side is the step and sleep tracker don’t work. I have to constantly reset the time daily, I think charging resets it. Nice watch if you don’t want to track sleep or steps. GPS is ok on accuracy I wouldn’t count on it 100%. ... show more

I love that this smart watch has an USB cable included to charge the watch. It comes with 6 games, flashlight, pedometer, camera for video as well as photos, calendar, calculator, habit tracking, different wallpaper, recorder, and you can connect it to your PC via USB cable, which comes with it to save songs in mp3 format. In the tool function it has a stopwatch, timer and storage functions. You can also select the language you want to use English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, etc. It keeps time & date and has a parental control to lock phone (maybe during school hours or bedtime). The only thing I don't like is the band, but it is comfortable and has several holes to fit almost anyone. Plus it comes with a small easy to follow instruction book.     • Stopped working after only a few months
My son only used the watch for a few hours once or twice a week but it stopped working after not even four months…. It won’t charge anymore and I’m not sure to return for an item that’s not defective. Disappointed because we only had this watch for such a short time.

    • Nicely made with 16 games but my kiddo got bored quickly.
My kids like to stay very busy. This watch is well made and it has 16 games, an alarm, obviously tells time, a pedometer, and it can be used alone or bluetoothed to a phone. Even with all the neat and fun functions the novelty wore of quickly. I imagine if I had given her reign over my phone she would still be enjoying the watch but mom knows better. I can't wait to gift this to my granddaughter for Christmas! Appearance wise, it is very cute. The pink and purple are her favorite colors. I love option to put it on a strap in lieu of the wrist band. I think a toddler will like it better that way. It is easy to use and includes 18 games, plus a camera for videos and pictures. It does not have a call function or internet access, so it is safe for a child. This will be fun and educational for her. ... show more
