48V 200A BMS 100ah. Plastic case - super Light weight, easy install with straps holding it very firmly in place. Battery does fit in the first 'battery row' frame on my cart, like it was designed for it,, go figure. This is where three 8v Trojan's used to go. The second 'battery row' I added a could of pieces of LP SmartSide board on bottom and sides to block dirt and debris from kicking up into cart. The included battery charger mounts very easily with screw holes built in. The LP smartside worked well to serve as platform for it behind battery. (see pic) I purchased a new NOCO GCP1 15A AC Port Plug, charge port to mount on the cart (see pic) works great, solid design and rubber to keep elements out. NOCO GCP1 15A AC Port Plug, 125V Power Inlet Socket, and Waterproof Electrical Outlet Receptacle Box with 16-Inch Integrated Outdoor Extension Cord... The Mobile App and Bluetooth are really great, I can check battery status from inside home with the cart in garage. The only minus for no installation bracket on the battery monitor. I used Velcro, but seems to work great. Monitor is small, but serves purpose, three different screens of information. It times out after cart is shut down, so don't panic like i did trying to turn it off. The Mileage and top speed of cart both improved greatly, no more crawling up hills. Range is bonkers compared to the old Trojans. I went with Cloudenergy based on reviews of Excellent customer support via email. I too can confirm they are very responsive and helpful. I ordered the big 150ah metal case battery first, but found out later it wouldn't fit. they didn't blink, accepted return and sent me refund and the smaller 100ah plastic case model in very short time. I went with cheaper plastic after much research, and the fact that i put down a LP Plywood platform to protect it. Was afraid metal box would rust here in Michigan. and saved some dollars. My lead acid golf cart batteries had run their course and I knew I was gonna upgrade to lithium when that time had come. I googled, researched and read reviews and the Cloud Energy battery was in all of the top 5 lists. They offered $100 off on Amazon, so I felt it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. I’m no golf cart mechanic, not even a little bit, but it was a simple swap out, removing the 6 lead acid batteries and replacing them with one lithium. Not sure if it is the loss of weight from the swap, but my cart is quicker off the line and went from a 21mph top speed to a 24mph top speed. The quality of the product, the quick charging capability and the fact that it’s pretty much maintenance free proved to be worth the price. The other aspect that I don’t want to overlook is their exceptional customer service. I needed to replace the cable that connected the battery monitor and they sent 2, quickly, with no questions asked. I replaced four messy, heavy, lead acid 12-volt batteries in my 2007 Yamaha golf cart with a single Cloud Energy 48-volt LiFeP04 battery. The conversion was super easy, due to Cloud Energy supplying everything I needed with the package, including straight-forward, easy to understand instructions. I did the conversion myself and was back on the golf course in no time at all! Now, instead of having to charge my batteries after each round of golf, I can play 8 to 10 rounds between charges. Overall I'm liking the battery. It got a golfcart riding again that's been sitting. The performance seems good,good speed on stock golf cart. Very easy to install! The weight of the battery is great! The Trojans I had in the cart before were about 89lbs a pieces. Seems like a good kit for the money! I love the appearance of the battery nice bright orange! Thank you Cloud Energy! I LOVE this battery. Even more importantly, my daughter LOVES this battery. My 2002 Club Car DS lead acid batteries were dying. They needed to be replaced. This golf cart is primarily used by my daughter and her friends to drive around the yard and the street. They will use it for hours. My biggest concern was capacity. If it did not last long enough, I would never hear the end of it. After the relatively easy install including disabling the OBC, I also installed a 12v reducer, LED light bar, USB charger. I fully charged it and ran it a bit to make sure it worked Then it sat for a couple of days until my daughter and her friends finally had a chance to really test it. She ran it for at least three hours with 5 teenagers on it. It works great. She loved that it was faster and the run time. She also loved the LED lights and the LCD display. Notes on the install: The battery post screws are a bit short. They are fine for connecting just two terminals. You are going to want something to put it in. I don't know if they make anything specifically for this battery, but I used an old metal tool box that I cut down to fit inside the battery compartment. I screwed the box to frame and lock the battery in the box with some angle iron. The battery comes with some ratchet straps that would probably work to hold it in the battery compartment, but I would not trust them long term, especially driving in a bumpy environment. I also added the MICTUNING 15Amp 125V AC Port Plug with Heavy Duty Integrated 20" Extension Cord and Water-Resistant Spring-loaded Cover - Black so I could mount the charger in the battery compartment and plug an extension cord right in to the port. This port fits in the OEM hole. The LCD display and bluetooth app is pretty cool. It not only tells you how much charge the battery has left, but it also tells you how long, at current load, it has before it runs out. And when you charge it, it will tell you how long until full (about 6 hours from 17%). Very helpful stuff. The only problem I had was connecting the LCD display to the battery. The pins are flimsy and the tab is recessed a bit so it lets you put it un wrong just enough to cause problems. Once you figure that out, it is smooth sailing. ... show more
