The narrow battery helps distribute the weight and gives a little room on the sides to route wires. So far I'm loving this battery. Rated at 105ah, but I'm getting 111ah!

Purchased for my club car. Easy to install replacing my old batteries. Old ones I had to charge on a daily basis but now I charge once every two weeks. Holds its charge, (no loss over time when not in use) more consistent power and fast charging. Highly recommend

I should have done this years ago. Mechanically it we a straight forward installation. It fit in the existing from part of the battery box. I did use a piece of 1/8" aluminum sheet as the flat base. Figuring out how to run the cable discreetly for the display to some figuring out, but I got it. Remember to connect the "Charge Interlock" wire to the B+ Terminal. It's the blue wire with a connector to the inside of the stock charging port. ... show more

I replaced my led acid with this 105ah 48v. I have a navitas controller. Acceleration is definitely much greater with this battery. I have to turn acceleration on the controller down to about 25% or it will snap your neck. The led touch display gives you the amp draw and at about 25% Acceleration it draws around 200amps and once up to speed about 130amps at 37-40mph. Top speed is the same as led acid when they are newer. I haven't gone far enough to test the range but it's definitely more. I am very pleased with it so far. Led acid batteries were shot after 4yrs so when I saw the Vatrer on sale for $1899 it was a no brainer. ... show more
