This is by far the best swatch sticks I have bought. I was hesitant due to them being clear. Boy did I get a win. I purchased the beige/skin tone packs in the past. I still had a few left of the beige ones and I compared. Here are my findings. These clear, 400 count ones, are sturdier and slightly thicker. They're not flimsy feeling in your hand, I'm not afraid of breaking them. The packaging was in great condition. You get 8 small sets of baggies, each individually with 50 swatches in it plus its little ring so you can group them. I opened up a few of the bags and none of them were broken, they were all in good shape. The worst part of it was that they're a bit scratched on the nail bed but only a few. To me not an issue since I'll be applying base coat anyway! Also, that they still had a little bit of the plastic from the forms at the bottom of the stick.... the WORST part was that! With the beige set a lot of them came broken, a lot of them I still had to file down the nail tips because there was a lot of scraggly, sharp edges with plastic bits just hanging out. Filing down 150 took a lot of time, it was kind of annoying. I didn't mind doing it BUT if you don't have to, I mean come on lol. With these clear ones I did not have to file them down, they were ready to use INSTANTLY! I don't normally post reviews but I was genuinely surprised and very, very happy with this order! If you're a person who just loves to have their nail polishes swatched for easy go-to color choices, I, 100% suggest you to get these clear ones because honestly they were just that good! 😊 I hope you have the same experience! ... show more

These are great for swatching polish or gel. The stems of each nail are a bit on the flimsy side, but that is my only complaint. I think they turned out great and the colors turned out perfect.

The media could not be loaded. They are not the most durable, but they get the job done and for the price I can’t really complain. It also comes with 6 rings that are easy to open.
