I just received this product this week and nothing -- not the instructions inside, nor the text on the box -- is in English. It is all in Japanese or Chinese -- I really don't know which. Moreover, it seems that the item is all dried out because I can't really get it to work, yet there's no instructions in English to let me know if I'm supposed to do something to make the brow color actually come out.
