The first order that I received, all I got was an empty bottom half of the box. No top lid of the box, no inserts and no lock pins. I thought that was interesting. The replacement order, I received everything as expected. There is no tape or seal on the box so I wonder if the lid slid off during packaging which still wouldn't really explain why the box was empty. While attempting to install the lock pins in a 99 Honda Accord, one of the chrome tops came right off so I will need to super glue that back together. This experience is what caused me to leave the 3 star rating. It would be nice if the lock pins were a little longer but I knew what the length would be from the description. I only threaded them down about half way into the vehicle door. Speaking of the description I thought it was funny that the description states that these lock pins won't increase the weight of the vehicle, further improving the vehicle's fuel economy and handling performance. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Hard affff to instal but can be done with pliers and glue, looks nice too
