I'd tried other metal pill boxes, but they were all either too small for supplement capsules OR far too big to take around conveniently. These aluminum capsules have a secure, long closure threading (need about 5 screw-turns to open, but this keeps them closed safely), and are wide enough to fit 4 large supplement capsules plus a small pill or two. And b/c they're all-metal (minus the small silicone ring at closure), you can recycle them if you ever want to get rid of them. And I feel safer not keeping my supplements in contact with plastic. The only thing about it is that I find it to be a little bit bulky for traveling with. I just wish they made it a little bit smaller. But the seal is extremely tight.
