Worked straight out of the box, just plug and play. Didn't have to adjust my monitor settings or anything. Still to be seen if it will stand the test of time, but first impressions are very good! It is impossible for the Wii to output 1080p no matter what cord or converter you use, so I wouldn't expect great picture on a 50 inch plasma. All these older systems look much crisper and cleaner on 24 inch screens and below, so that's what I would recommend using this with if you want optimum visual quality and pixel density. ... show more

Awesome! Picture quality is great. Compared to other rca to hdmi converters. This device does a better job. And the Aux audio out is pretty cool addition to have. Works great for headphones and connecting to aux receivers, and speakers. The hdmi through audio works great to the sound bar.
