I love this product. The price is my favorite. It comes with the arm bands as well which are adjustable. Another awesome detail because I have bigger arms. UPDATE AFTER USE: I have used this product twice and the area where my thighs rub is already wearing down. That’s quite sad from just 2 workouts, a little disappointment. I can’t imagine this will last for too many workouts. Best and worst case you have to cut off the leg pieces when they wear out too much which is wasteful. I can say this works, you will swear if you have a good workout going - I just walk on the treadmill. I had my leggings pulled up to right under the sweat line in my shirt. You can see my legs sweat too. The one thing that was irritating was that the Velcro on the leg pieces ended up on the inside of my thighs so when I would walk they would rub together. I am a bit concerned that will wear out the velcro much faster than normal. Sizing wise - I could have probably sized down one but the size I ordered still fit well. I got the 3XL. It was a little tighter on me in the waist than I anticipated it to be. I used it during a work out, and when I said I’ve never seen that much sweat before, I’m not kidding. The inner liner of the trainer does cause you to sweat, and sweating means your burning fat. So it’s not a bad thing. I definitely need to use it more often to get to where I wanna be by this summer. Okay, love it; however it runs small. I started out a 3X and am now in size 16 womans which translates to a mens L or womans XL. Most women's Large fit me just snug. I bought a L-XL. It is barely fitting. I mean uncomfortable breathing. It also rolls up. The fabric is descent. About the same as walmart carries in their knee and back braces. The advertising pic is wrong. 1st off the thigh downward piece doesnt line up like that. You will sweat. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS. Which sucks. To make this better I would say making the downward strap adjustable would be great. I have an inseam of 19" so the thigh part would fit me on my knee ... show more
