I've always previously used an angle grinder for cutting steel and working on masonry and stone. Now, however, I needed to cut through a 2" x 6" treated wood piece that was anchored to a basement wall in a corner. No other tools could easily handle this task. they seem like pretty good quality and can be used on my grinder. The best part is they came with a 5/8" to 7/8" arbor adapter.

The value of the purchase is good. The blades are tough and durable. Only suggestion I would have for improvement, would be to have a die on the blade to mark the arrow for the direction of the blade. It makes it easier for people to know which way to place the blade.

    • Cut through dimentional lumber like butter
I was pleasantly surprised. After getting this blade i had my initial doubts but it curt through a 2x4 in less than 30 seconds . I set my Makita SJS on the lowest setting at the cut through the lumber surprisingly quickly. The saw is well made, and sturdy but then again i just started using angle grinders. I just Wish the blades had a larger diameter to get more cut out it. I also wish that the Blades come in better packaging, but other than that its a solid 5. No Issues so far. ... show more

    • Okay, but limited use
They do what they claim, but I've found digging down just a bit and using a small chain saw is much more effective. Still, they work and they have a fit in trunk removal.

It cuts well. Best for demo work, not for precision cuts. The blades only cut about 1 1/4 inches so if you need to cut 2x4s you'll need something else.
