This sweater was such a hit at a ugly Christmas sweater party. It is definitely one of a kind! The tail does hang out pretty far and you have to be careful when you walk not to knock things over or hit people because you forget it’s there. The Velcro also came with two giant safety pins that seem to secure it more, but the back part of the tail is heavier than the headpiece and you could see the safety pins. We put the dinosaur on once we got to the destination and we’re no longer in the car. Probably would’ve been easier to attach prior to putting on the sweatshirt, rather than trying to safety pin it while the person is wearing it. I did see the 3D reindeer sweatshirt, the shark, and the unicorn, but this one had the best Christmas theme—I hope next year at the vendor comes out with more!! ... show more

The quality of the sweater is just fine - it's not made for an arctic adventure, but if that's what you're looking for, you are in the wrong place. The velcro attachment for the front is not bad. The back one will require a chum if this is something you're wearing at the office all day. The tail obviously needs to come off if you're going to sit in a chair. That's not a shortcoming, that's just a statement of the obvious. This is going to be my go-to for sweater events in the coming years. I will not call it an "ugly" sweater, especially as when folks see it, then tend to smile or chuckle, which is the point. ... show more

I won the ugly sweater contest at work with this sweater. I thought the head and tail were attached but they velcro on, which is fine. It came with safety pins to hold them in place. It's warm and the head and tail aren't so heavy so it's comfortable to wear.

This sweater is amazing!! I won the ugly Christmas sweater contest! This sweater is a guaranteed win. The safety pins it comes with are good but you’ll need a lot more for it to stay on. The tail does move around when you walk but it’s so funny! It kept hitting everyone but they all laughed and loved it lol! Didn’t mind at all! I’m a size 2XL and I got a 2XL but I could have definitely gone down a size or two because it does run big! Definitely worth the price! I even added a little Santa hat! You won’t regret getting this!
