Shipping took forever and was delivered to a street over at 9:30 at night. Poor quality and was damaged when arrived. Multiple screws had come loose underneath. Not all of the legs were able to bolt right up and had to be redrilled to fit

First problem: Ordered BLUE and received BLACK platform. Way too heavy to send back for correct color, so just going to keep. Really disappointed! Second problem: one of the legs was pre-assembled in a mal-aligned position. As a result, the predrilled holes meant for the consumer to put screws in did not line up. We noticed other reviewers had similar problems. Again, because this is such a big, heavy item and hard to handle, we decided just to deal with it rather than return. The box arrived pretty beat up, actually gaping open in several places, but there was no damage to the platform. A little disappointed, the top was loose. Some of the screws were pulled out from the frame. All I have to do is figure out another way of attaching them together, I think I'll add a couple more brackets.

This product is very poorly designed. Attaching the legs was a hassle; one need to unscrew a notch loosen the legs before it could align with the premade holes. Then tighten every nut to make the pure wooden frame sturdy. But the top of the mat is foam covered composite material which doesn't hold the screws tightly. So, it can NEVER be lifted holding on the mat only. ... show more

    • Tiny screws, poor design
The tiny screws that were meant to hold the table top to the base had all come out and couldn’t be re-attached.
