A lot of care went into packing her up, including a custom molded styrofoam carrier and double boxing for privacy. Appearance-wise she looks exactly as described, soft yet firm skin so there's just enough jiggle but not to the point of being overly squishy. I found a few very subtle imperfections in the skin that resembled cellulite, but it didn't take anything away from how realistic she looks, and those sexy curves. The skeleton takes some effort to manipulate, but it feels solid, and the spine is strong as I've tested with quite a bit of force. first of i want to state that this is an amazing product and well worth the money, and definitely gives you a good pleasurable time. however that being said you have to be extremely gentle with the skeleton specifically the spine, I've only had this for about 24 hours now and used it twice and the spine part of the skeleton has already broken, meaning that the top half of the torso just flops around during use as it can't support itself. i will continue to use it because it still feels great, but i hope there is some way that I can get a replacement sent to me, considering all the 5 star review none of which mention this problem, i can only figure that this is a infrequent manufacturing error, and not the norm. other than that one small issue i've enjoyed it so far, but hope customer service gets in touch with me and maybe sort this out. ... show more

Solid size and weight, but the spine is incredibly fragile. The spine and a portion of the hip broke pretty quickly, it turned into a floppy mess after that. Edit, after contacting their customer service, I was told to file a complaint for defectiveness of the product to receive a refund. Because of the nature of the product, that isn't an option.
