The pictures on the product page look good but its not till I got this out the box did I really see just how great this fixture looked. Note - the looks on this unit are the best part because the installation was more difficult I think than it should have been. My challenges were a lack of instructions. Not so much on how to mount or wire the fixture but more so on putting it together as its not fully assembled. Even this wouldn't be a problem if I had instructions or a video or something but I could find anything that helped specifically for this unit and to make matters worse in a good way they do include extra parts which left me scratching my head even more. I want to give this 5 stars because its really a nice piece that feels sturdy and has a sense it will last for some time but no instructions and extra pieces just rubs me wrong and makes it hard to give it 5 stars since really this should have instructions or come preassembled completely and only need to be wired and mounted. ... show more

24''Modern Crystal Chandelier Bathroom Flowers Raindrop Crystal Ceiling Chandelier : is beautiful when it is finally up on your ceiling. But it has no directions, some extra items to confuse you are also in the package: (I dont know why those brass nut/bolts are there). The plastic covering the shine of the surface is a PAIN to remove. It should be removed before putting it up on ceiling. Aligning the screws on ceiling with the chandelier base, is the *real pain*.
