But it has no directions, some extra items to confuse you are also in the package: (I dont know why those brass nut/bolts are there). The plastic covering the shine of the surface is a PAIN to remove. It should be removed before putting it up on ceiling. Aligning the screws on ceiling with the chandelier base, is the *real pain*.
