There were no directions for set up but it was fairly easy to put together. The biggest complaint my wife had was the baskets don't fit as nicely as she would have hoped. It is on the smaller side, but works great to hold candy, individual snack packs or a few fruit. The shelving part is a little unsteady so you need to be careful how much you put into it. All in all, it's a good value for the price. We were just looking for something small to store candy and snack packs in for easy accessibility during get togethers and this worked out well. ... show more

I have not used it yet since I just got it and the weather has been horrible but it looks great. The rope and all of the lines look good and the ring seems to be strong enough. It looks like it will take a big fish because the net is definitely big enough. Folding it is challenging until you get the hang of it. There is a video for it so just watch that video a couple of times and take your time practicing folding it. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy and smooth. Can't wait to try this out. If for some reason it doesn't work (I would be surprised) I will update this review but I am pretty impressed with this one. The only con I can give it is the "bag" it comes with. It's not really a bag and it's more of the kind of recycled "bags" you get at the store and know they won't last. I will be shocked if that lasts very long but I am not too concerned with that as I have a spot for the net on my cart and don't intend to use the bag much (although I will at least for a bit to see if I am right and it disintegrates). ... show more

This is a nicely built net. It comes with enough rope to use from a pier or low bridge. The size is very convenient since it is on the large size when fully opened. This can definitely be used to land large fish and even crabs as they float by. Folding it does take a little practice. If you fish from a dock, bridge or pier, this net is a must. Comes with plenty of rope for easy placement and retrieval of the net for you to be able to bring in your catch. The flexible steel wire ring is covered by a rubber tube to prevent rusting and so that it will not damage the net. It very easy to open and use. It can be folded for easy storage. Comes with a carry bag for storage and will keep the net from getting caught on other tackle preventing damage to the net. The netting is made of a multicolored nylon covered wire, this makes the net both strong and more durable than ones made with nylon alone. The multi coloring makes it easy to see and locate when looking down over the water. As for the cost, well worth it, this net is just as good or even better than some of the more expensive ones. After using I would recommend rinsing off with hose just as any other equipment after a day fishing. I do recommend the product. ... show more
