When I first got it the first thing I did was check everything to make sure it was there and worked and unfortunately, the straw lid was threaded a bit off. Now I know stuff happens and it wasn't a big deal and would message them about it the next day after using the other lid to make sure I even like using it to begin with. I got a message from them asking if everything showed up and worked before I could send a message to them about the straw lid which was pretty surprising. After a couple of videos and a picture showing what was wrong, they agreed to send a new straw lid. I've been using it since I got it and it works perfectly otherwise. This might be just me but I love the spout lid and how it opens is just very satisfying. The bottle is great and keep liquid ice cold for hours. The plastic clips on the carrying case though do not hold up at all. As soon as I filled the bottle and put it in the case (1st time using it) both of the cheap plastic D rings immediately snapped and the bottle with the ground. But even then, it held up, did not leak/spill. I currently replaced both plastic clips on the strap with good metal clips, and I'll be putting metal D rings on the case itself to replace the broken plastic oneS. Otherwise, the case pocket is nice and large especially to fit my galaxy cellphone. ... show more

Bought this for my husband a few months back. He cuts concrete for a living and uses this everyday at work. He loves it! Last week my husband was almost crushed by a 20,000 lbs concrete wall falling on him. Thankfully he got away without a scratch, his water bottle didn’t! BUT this thing still works! The bottle is good. I don’t think it is a full gallon but I’m good. The ice stayed in it for a good 24+ hours for the first few weeks. Now it stays only for about 6-10 hours. But the water stays cold. With the lid that you tip and drink from, it leaks. I can’t figure out how to stop it from leaking, even with the O-ring inside and has a proper seal. The straw is a little hard to drink through but it’s not because a small straw. It’s the same size as all my others that flow nicely. It’s the breather hole that is really small and doesn’t breathe very well and that makes it a slow flow. Other than that, I’m not upset that I got it. I’ve had it for 2 months now ... show more

The massive 64oz water bottle is absolutely fantastic! It comes with a few cleaning brushes and a convenient storage sleeve. It's the perfect companion for hiking or even taking to Disney parks, as it eliminates the need for constant refills. However, the only downside I've encountered is the poorly made shoulder strap.
