Doesn't do well in the sun, which is the purpose. The sun makes the plastic very brittle in no time. I've lost a rare plant collection, due to the hanging plants falling down on them. Not very happy!

My wife is an avid gardener and has a nice greenhouse that she works in. She can never find enough places to hang items from. Especially when she is making anything that hangs. These looked as if they will do the job so an order was placed. They come in an unlabeled box with hooks and twists. The items are not assembled and require you to install the hooks on the twists. The location that attaches to the twist is spaced too tightly and you will need to insert something to pry it open. After that it is a simple process. The twists do not secure tightly in the channel but seem to hold just the same. They seem a little fragile but, so far, are working fine. I would not load them too heavily. My wife likes them and since there are so many, says that she will probably never need to reorder... Yes, there are a lot in the box. ... show more

My wife and I have a greenhouse on our property and was looking for an easy way to hang up plants around the perimeter. I already had some channel aluminum, so I picked up these hooks that slide into it. I ended up hanging the aluminum from chains and then loading it with about a dozen of these hooks. The hooks work well as long as you don't overload them. Too heavy a plant and they snap without warning. We had no issues with the small to medium hanging pots, but nothing larger than that. Overall, these are a simple solution to hanging plants and anything else you need. We tend to grow tomatoes up string for support and these work very well to anchor the string spools for each plant. We will likely pick up more of these to keep a bunch in reserve for future growing seasons. ... show more
