This sink arrived well-packaged in a wooden box and all parts were protected. The sound-deadening material on the 16g is substantial and it appears to be very well-made. It comes with numerous accessories which was part of the deciding factor between this one and another similar sized sink. This one costs a little more, but you get the basket strainers, stainless drain covers, stainless drying rack and protector grid. I ordered thinking it was a good value with the added strainer but learned after having the sink attached to my undermount countertop that my garbage disposal would not connect. This is something that should have been disclosed by the seller.

Love this sink. It’s gorgeous. It looks great and is DEEP so there is plenty of room to work and wash. The stainless steel is high quality and built to last. High quality. My only complaint is that we had to cut the drywall and move the plumbing because it’s so deep. This is a great looking sink, although it’s too bad it’s not pitched properly, the right side does not drain, the counter people came back to make sure the counter was level, it was! The manufacturer fell off the face of the earth as its China made, so in no way going to get a hold of anyone! Amazon CS said I could send it back, well guess what people when it’s installed and quartz on top, not gonna happen; so I’m stuck with it. Oh and the grid that came with, the slats are too wide, so all utensils fall through! Will stick with name brands next time! ... show more
