This sink is beautiful. It has a depth which allows to have dishes and is not done right away then they can’t be viewed easily lol. The feature of the bottom rack is excellent to prevent dishes and pots to scratch the sink; however it does make a bit challenging to clean so it is best to lift it when cleaning to make sure you don’t waste too much water. I really really like the dish rack on top and it is a clever idea to be able to roll it and put it away when not being used. Was a bit nervous about how the depth would work. It’s perfect. Deep enough so you don’t see what is in the sink from across the room. Large enough to fit large pans and pots. Love this new addition to my kitchen.

    • Update - Bench mark customer service...Money Well Spent Packaged!!!
The item seems to be in ok condition however the roller drainer was missing from the package. This was a major selling point for me and I am grossly disappointed. I need your help with replacing this part please. Update. I must say that i was pleased by the response by the seller...They reponded to my query and made corrections to my mentioned issue. Way better customer service that alot out there. As for rack they sent, well worth the package...The sink was well seated in my kitchen and the rack made the use of the sick alot easier. Definately modern concept and well built with well thought of accessories like the sink solids remover. Thanks again. ... show more

    • Better then what I was expecting
Did not know the brand but wanted to try it out. The sink is so well made and has clean lines all over. I really like the fact it has noise damping on all sides and the bottom. I don't see why you would pay more for another brand as this one is much better than my old Kohler that we replaced.

Was very excited for the sink. But it’s not 16 gauge material. It’s thinner metal with a plastic coating on the outside of it. We were having our sink welded into our stainless steel countertops And purchased this one specifically because of the thickness. It was determined that the metal is not 16 gauge. It’s more like 18 or 20 then they put a plastic coating on the outside of the sink To make it 16 gauge. This would be great Sink but is not 16 gauge. Do not like false advertising ... show more

    • Missing parts, can’t get the company to respond.
The sink itself is wonderful. I was missing the grid that goes at the bottom of the sink to protect the stainless steel. I phone called and emailed leaving messages on a phone call and leaving a request to respond on an email and no one has gotten back to me regarding that missing component. For that reason I am unsatisfied with this sink. I hope that someone will get a hold of me so that I can update this review. ... show more
