This ladder is perfect for those of us who are vertically challenged! I’m not very tall, so not being able to easily reach the top shelves in the kitchen and other high places is a cause for constant aggravation. However, this ladder is lightweight, sleek and easy to fold and unfold. This makes it so much easier for me to clean as well, finally I can reach the top of the fridge with ease. Even though I weigh more than 200 but less than 300 lbs., I’m used to a ladder with a higher load capacity. Unfortunately, a few of my best friends are larger guys who won’t be able to use this ladder when they came over to help me fix things around the house. But this 3-step ladder is plenty sturdy for me and folds up to a width of less than two inches, which means it won’t take up space when you store it and makes it convenient to carry. It comes ready to use, out of the box and is as sturdy as any ladder I’ve ever owned. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a handle to brace yourself (my aunt came over, used it and said she felt like she had to hold onto the cabinet just in case). Although I really like this ladder, I think for a load capacity of only 330lbs. and with no handle, the current $40 cost is a touch high, but I still recommend this if you’re looking for something lightweight and small. ... show more

Ladders are a must for any household and to make sure you have coverage for different needs, it is best to have ladders of different sizes. I have a step ladder and a two- step mini ladder, but since the mini- ladder is often too short for my needs, I decided to add this 3 Step Ladder from PMEIXU to my collection. This ladder is light and with the extra step, I am able to reach slightly higher than I can reach with my two step ladder. The extra step makes it just right for those times when I need to reach certain light fixtures in my house, for example. Standing on the third step, I admit, doesn’t feel very sturdy so try to be sure you have something to hold onto if you step all the way to the top. My greatest concern with this ladder is that, well, it just doesn’t seem as strong as my other two ladders, both of which are made from solid metal. This ladder claims it can hold 500 pounds, but I don’t think I would chance it. Lucky for me, I weigh less than half the limit, but I still feel a little apprehensive when I stand on each step. There is a slight amount of bending, and that makes me feel less safe. I will have to take the manufacturer’s word for it that it can hold as much weight as it claims. It is good to have an extra ladder and this three- step ladder from PMEIXU is a good addition to my set. I still question its weight limit abilities, but everything has held up so far and there is no reason to expect that things will change. It’s a good choice for those who need some extra height and it folds up easily for storage. As long as your weight isn’t approaching 500 pounds, I say go for it. ... show more

I am very short and need step stools/ladders all over my house and especially in our kitchen. Our cabinets are very tall and if I want to maximize use of our storage and get items, I have to use a step stool. I had a previous one by our kitchen island but it stuck out and wasn’t foldable and only had two steps. This has three and is lightweight enough for me to carry from cabinet to cabinet in our kitchen. I like how it has a small footprint and can fold up. As you see it is folded up and fits nicely next to our island. It can double as a chair if I want it to but it’s a little uncomfortable for a long period of time. I like the color of it too as it looks well with our countertop and our kitchen colors. It’s very attractive and has a small footprint which I like. The only thing I dislike is that, due to the a frame design it does take more of a footprint when it is not folded up and it cannot be flush against the cabinet door as my previous steps tool but I am still able to reach things and keep my balance. If you need your ladder/step stool flush against items, then you might need another alternative. ... show more

started using it right away to change some bulbs and an air filter. no assembly required, ready to use right out of the box. has a sturdy and durable feel. solid click to lock it in place when fully opened. wont slip on tile or hardwood floors (assuming they are dry and not wet). perfect for indoor use. not designed for outdoor but should be okay in on rugged environments and protected from rain and other elements. takes up minimal space when folded up for storage. be sure to read the instructions before using. note about middle step: the middle step has a little give in it. the part closest to you (when climbing) is fine. the part further from you (when climbing) has some give. the heavier you are the more likely you are to feel it. you can stand on it but just be aware. maybe the second step was designed to be able to get to the third step (and not for standing on it). someone who has handyman skills might be able to brace the middle step. ... show more
