  • Initial Install
Size: 4 core
Fit well in stock location, The Fan shroud needs a little trimming, Also the stock Transmission Connectors did not fit i had to remove the stock Oring and large fender washer and install a normal O-Ring I did notice the hole for the transmission cooler was only 3/8 at best when the line going to it is like 1/2 but figured i would try it any ways Drove unloaded 100-mile test run no transmission temp issues ran cooler than normal by 15-20 degs Engine temps were slightly higher by 5-10 Deg was at 180 now 185-190 with no trailer load but MPG was up by 3-4MPG all i can figure is the stock fan clutch is now disengaged when at freeway speeds. Will load test with Horse trailer next to make sure temp rise isn't issue and fan clutch is the MPG reason. ... show more

  • Perfect fit!
Size: 4 core
Installed in my 2005 LLY. Everything fit, all lines connected perfectly and stress test after install without a single drip! The packaging was excellent quality as well. Box was damaged during shipping but every fin was still pristine. Very satisfied that I went with you guys!

  • Factory vs this product
Size: 3 core
I am skeptical this is even a 3 core. The quality looks great. I’m very upset about the transmission cooler ports. I’ve included pics of both
Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2023 by Amazing welds and decent looking quality. However the transmission cooler line ports are trash. Way to much restriction. Amazing welds and decent looking quality. However the transmission cooler line ports are trash. Way to much restriction.

  • Absolutely the best radiator I’ve ever purchased.

Very well made

  • So far so good.
Size: 4 core radiator with fan and shroud
This radiator and fan combo is pretty stout on first appearance. It's been working well in my 04 gmc sierra 2500hd LB7 duramax. I tow trailers 99% of the time for my business. It hasn't overheated from the unit itself. But it's gotten a little hot from my negligence. But I'm waiting to see what happens during the summer in southwest Florida. That's the reason for a 4 and not a 5 yet. Have to male it through the summer heat in Florida first. Update- if you have been looking to change from a mechanical cooling fan to electric. These are the fans for you. Worked great through the summer. Temp in truck never got above 210°f during the summer. The only time it would get above that is my wiring would let 1 fan stop. I would fix it at my next stop. Then it would be good to go again. Other then my stupidity. I have no issues with the electric fans. Definitely recommend to anyone. ... show more

  • radiator part is great, trans cooler is far from it.
Size: 4 core
i got about 2000 miles on this radiator and its being replaced, not due to a leak or anything. its hard to see in the pictures but inside those fittings for the trans cooler, there are 2 small holes (maybe 1/8"). these holes are the only thing letting trans fluid through. i must of had some dirt or something in the system but my trans temps went from fine to overheating in 15 minutes. turns out that tiny little hole got clogged didnt flow any fluid. had to bypass this cooler for a second time and run the front trans cooler to make it home another 100 miles. look at the stock rad or another parts store brand and the holes for the trans fluid are about dime sized, lot harder to clog up. otherwise i had no other issues with this radiator, it did cool well, the oversight on the trans cooler is the reason i'm marking it at 1 star, i do not trust this thing anymore. i did try cleaning out the fittings with brake cleaner and compressed air and there is still something inside i cant get out. i'm putting mine in the recycling bin and getting a stock radiator. buy at your own risk. ... show more

  • Bought this and was happy until I saw the trans holes
Size: 4 core
I’m grateful for the fast service. when I realize the transmission cooler holes are actually like a pinhole. I upgraded all my transmission lines for a better pressure and FLOW. How can it flow through this tiny hole? The OEM one is the size of the hole not like this. I order a 2nd one thinking this was a defect, and poof same thing. I’m sending them both back because I have a built transmission and can’t take this chance. Now I might be able to bypass this completely but I’m not looking to add more work to my self I just need the truck together. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I contemplated on taking one of these radiators to a machine shop and trying to have them drill this out. But my luck there’s going to get filings inside and I’ll burn my trans out. Thank u for the fast service and the fast replacement but this needs to be fixed before I can rock your product. Pushing 800hp and 1400 foot pounds of torque I have the hood open as shows and I can’t keep looking at a factory radiator that’s the only thing stock so I’ll have to spend the 1000 and get the name brand ... show more
