The Dutch whisk is okay. Not exactly shaped how a proper Dutch whisk is but it does the job and it’s easy to remove the dough that clumps up in it. Scraper is shorter and narrower than expected so it’s only good for small dough balls. Does a decent job scraping remaining dough off your work bench/wooden board. The lame is useless. I invested in a $30 Wire Monkey UFO lame so I could safely store the razor. I like that they provided a leather pouch for the extra blades but the lame just doesn’t work well. ... show more

This is an ok set. The whisk works well. I feel like the bench scraper is too short compared to any I’ve used before, it just doesn’t feel great in the hand but it does work.     • Simple kit does its job
This is a nice basic tool kit for making bread. The whisk is made specific for bread dough. There are lots of blades so you can make lots of loaves. The tools are easy to clean, but should by washed by hand to add to their longevity since the handles are made of wood.

The wife has been enthralled with these since I gave them to her as a gift. (Disclosure: I wanted her to make more bread.) She loves them. The handles are sturdy and comfortable. The razor holder is snug and uses standard blade. The ... chopper thing ... whatever it's called is thick metal that ain't gonna bend. Ditto for the circle whisky thing, whatever it's called. The metal is heavy duty stuff, for sure. It came in a lovely package, so it's 100% giftable. One of the better baking gifts I've given. :) ... show more

I used the pastry knife at least 3 times a week. I love it. I haven't used the danish whisk as much but it still looks beautiful on display in my kitchen.
