I never thought I would find a vanity that would fit in this small space in my bedroom. This product is fantastic! I am beyond pleased with the sturdiness of it, the look of it, all of the features and the price. The assembly instructions are very well illustrated. I am envious of those reviewers who were able to put it all together in a matter of a few hours. It took us 6 hours to complete assembling it, from the time we opened the box until the time we moved it to the space in the bedroom, We didn't have any problems with the assembly. I Love furniture that serves multi purposes ! I Love the way this one is set up! The down fall to this piece is :the way they ship it, we had three damaged pieces. most of the instructions were easy to follow, except for the draw slide information. I would not buy this for a non gentle person. Some of the edges are sharp and it doesn't have a sturdy feel to it. My daughter is in college and it is petite and cute! I absolutely love this piece. It has so much storage and takes up a small amount of room, however, be prepared to be building for 3-4 hours and combining about 80 pieces and hundreds of screws. The top compartment has a plastic cover that is a litte cheap and came scratched. But overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Again, step one is having a lot of patience and motivation. I will admit the product is very cute, however do expect this to be something that will take about a day to build if your alone. I was dissapointed when assembling it. I saw scratches and stains throughout different pieces of wood. This was the perfect addition to my bedroom for storage. I did insane amounts of research trying to find the perfect piece to fit all my needs. I’m very used to building furniture these days so the many parts didn’t scare me. Could be a one person job if you are determined enough but I really recommend at least two so you can switch off on the tasks because there is a lot. But when I tell you how impressed I was when I opened the massive package after it arrived (which btw shipped incredibly fast and arrived a week before Amazon said it would). The packaging itself was so intricately laid and tight, with little to no damage to any of the pieces. Every piece was not only labeled, but you can see from the picture had a clearly visible number, picture of the item AND where it went on the piece. I was flabbergasted. And the instruction booklet, while it did have almost 90 pages, was incredibly easy to read and had extra notes in case anything wasn’t super clear. The put together itself took about 4 hours with breaks for snacks and dinner while watching One Piece. Only major issue I had was with one of the screws for the mirror because it was in a very awkward spot but after some elbow grease (and a small handheld power tool 🤫) we got it. It is currently the next day and I have started filling up the unit. I really thought that I was going to be able to fill the whole thing up but I’m about 90% through all of the crap I had planned to put in it and I still have SO MUCH ROOM left over!     • Pre-fab holes are just a suggestion, gotta use your noodle on this one.

Let me start off with all of the Pros of this piece. - It's great for small spaces, especially when you need to build up due to having limited floor space. - Comfy seat with room to either add thicker foam, or additional cushion. - LEDs are BRIGHT - Outlet is well-placed for stuff like smart watches and laptops. Cons: - The pre-drilled holes appear to be merely a suggestion when it comes to some parts of the piece. Drawer tracks had to be put on using measurments and trial and error because the holes did not match any of the holes in the tracks. - Divider inserts for the jewelry box portion did not fit (I had not planned on using them anyway) - Immensely difficult to assemble alone. - "Locking" cam screws did not actually grab anything in some of the holes, but did grip enough that my piece is not wobbly. Overall it was fine for the price. It only needs to be here long enough for me to move into my next place, so for the price it was fine. If you need something with a little more longevity you may as well shell out a scoche more for IKEA. ... show more

I’m 5’2” and can’t fit my legs under the desk opening. It suits its purpose for space saving and clean appearance when it’s folded down but unless you’re ok with straddling your vanity then definitely pass on this one.
