For its purpose, this screen is a great choice. It is lightweight (so easily movable), sturdy for its weight, and extremely attractive in the right setting. Overall, it is quite well made, and the ideal privacy screen for areas where a lightweight screen is called for. The paper lining seems to be made out of quality material and holds up well. The hinges are of very good quality, too. The only downside is that the finish on the wood is vulnerable -- just as the finish on MDF wood is. Wow! I was really impressed with how well this item came packaged. It was fully protected and I failed to detect damage of any kind. This divider arrived fully assembled, is well-made, and looks very nice. I placed this 5-panel divider on top of a 95" L x 12" W counter separating my kitchen and living room. The 3' panels are tall enough to block the two rooms, yet there's still 14" of space from the top to the ceiling, allowing for air circulation. The aesthetic design has instantly created a warmth to my living room by blocking the kitchen view. However, if the need arose for me to free-up counter space, these panels easily adjust thanks to the unique hinges which allow the panels to be folded or positioned in any direction. Finally, I placed some votive candles behind the panels and at night it looks like I'm in a classy Chinese restaurant. ... show more

    • Attractive and very satisfactory as a bay window privacy screen.
It works very well as a privacy screen for our kitchen bay window. It is very attractive, sturdy, and not too heavy to put up and take down each day. We are very pleased with it and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. It gives a nice warm feel to the room in the evenings.
