These are terrific lights. Nicely sized. Perfect brightness. Durable aluminum. Long pigtails. The best part is that the bulbs are replaceable. The only complaint and it’s not insignificant, is they are very difficult to install level. There are no reference marks. The glass is not flat so using a level is very difficult. The mounting holes are at 2 and 8 o’clock. I was installing them on a ground level deck And it was very challenging to get them leveled. A couple installation tips: 1-use regular wire nuts with generous dielectric grease In them. Save the money from using the “weatherproof” connectors. 2-plug the hole you drill for the pigtail with duct seal clay. Use enough that it squished through the hole in the back of the light. It will both hold the light in place while you put in the screws and seal it completely from the elements. The cover has a rubber seal on the face but the back has nothing and the hole you still for the pigtail will let both moisture and bugs is. Using the clay will seal the unit completely. ... show more

Just installed, so my initial review is they seem to be well built, with good internal seals to keep out the weather. I do like the fact the leads are nice and long to plug into power wire. I would strongly recommend buying some sort of electrical clips to tie into the main low voltage wire as opposed to using wire nuts to secure the connection. ... show more

I have purchased 10 of these fixtures and installed them around my raised garden beds. Because I really wanted 2700k I decided to replace all the lamps with a lamp of my choice. (This is not something you can do with all models, these have replaceable lamps which is a must for me)

Lights are well made and easy to install. Long leads for connections and rubber gasket to seal the lens. LEDs are easily replaced, so the light should last a long time. Opted for these over "integrated" LEDs that have to be scrapped when the LEDs fail... and they will fail!
