the ones i got came well packaged but the original nuts that came with the screws are useless for my application, they fit the screw sloppy, just get the backlash nuts while you are ordering these and you should be ok

Ok, so I love my Ender 3 pro, but got to a point where I wanted to print higher so I bought and installed creality z height upgrade and it was great except occasionally I had errors where droop on the right side caused issues. Therefore I started looking at a dual. Z upgrade, but there was not one for my circumstance. Figured I would buy a regular kit and swap this out with the one from the kit. Glad it included the brass nut because the threads are different than either the original, z-height, and dual z. Without that nut this would be a different review, but I am still not convinced there is not an issue because there is a difference in height at about the 200mm mark that is noticable in prints. The lead screw on my ender 3 pro came bent. I got the 400mm Tr8x8 as a replacement and it fits perfectly. Smooth like butter and perfectly straight. I didn't have any issues with leveling the motor or the screw, it sat perfectly straight on the first try. I even like that it's a little taller than my old one. I don't use a top mounted spool, but it might get in the way if you did. ... show more

Well packaged and straight. Simple drop-in for an Ender 3 V2. Slightly longer than stock, but works without modification. There seemed to be more play in the Z-axis with this than with a stock lead screw, so I wound up adding an anti-backlash nut. Not much to say. They were straight and came nicely packed in a box. My only complaint is the lead-in threading was rough on both ends of both rods. It took about a half hour of work with jewelers files to clean up the ends. I replaced the nuts with anti-backlash. I used one rod to replace the Tr8x8 rod that came stock on an Ender 5 printer. You have to change the steps from 400 to 1600 in the firmware to adjust for the change, but the printer is now capable of 0.1mm resolution in the z-axis. ... show more

It fits the lead screw of my Creality Ender 3 Pro, but not the mounting hardware. The mounting hardware will fit it with a minimal amount of modification to it though. Just a little bit of careful grinding. Working fine other than that.
