120% buoyance gives you a good work out. You almost need leg weights to keep from moving when you use them for jabs and upper cuts in the water. Great under arm floatation too.

If you are familiar with how to use them they are great. I use them in both the pool and the ocean and they are durable and dry quickly. I wish the booklet that came with them was waterproof, note to the manufacturer......
