This did exactly what I wanted it to do. Stores a lot of video clips. I had it running 3 cameras and it store for a whole day and had room to spare. Definitely worth the buy so I didn’t have to buy the subscription through blink.

    • Local storage doesn't work with blink
After looking for help in the forum I realized I made a mistake. Simple issues that should be easy programming fixes have lingered for YEARS with no resolution in sight. Bought the blink cameras and sync for the purpose of ditching my RING subscription. Feels stupid to pay a sub just to store and view security cam footage online. I have baby monitors that do that for FREE! (Arenti is awesome) tried to get it set up and local storage doesn't work at all. Called customer service and after running around in circles for an hour turning crap on and off (thats literally all I did) I was told that the solution was a subscription. But I want local storage. Eff that. Why won't it work? Because my WIFI is bad. That's literally what they told me. All the blink devices throughout the whole of troubleshooting were a few feet away from the router. I baby cams a hundred feet away on the opposite side of the house along with lots of other devices that can consume tons of bandwidth that have no WIFI issues at all. I call BS. ... show more
