My seedlings love this light. The 6400K bulb has worked better than any other bulb I've tried. Put it on a timer, 16h on and 8h off, and you'll be set. Made a tremendous difference in the germination and young growth cycle. Keep in mind, T-5 bulbs are very delicate. Be careful with them. With that said, several bulbs in my first shipment were damaged. I contacted the seller through Amazon's anticipated 24-48h response time window. The seller responded almost immediately with replacement bulbs shipped out the same day. How's that for customer service? And yes, the replacement bulbs arrived unscathed. My package arrived open and it looked like all the bulbs fell out. One bulb was broken and thousands tiny pieces of glass fell out when I took the bulbs out. Very poor packaging. Poor product. The 4 remain bulbs sound like they have inner damage but they did light when I tested them. I'll see how long they last. This has been my worst Amazon experience to date. ... show more

    • When they arrive unbroken, good product
3 out of 5 bulbs arrived broken, no response from seller. This kind of thing happens when shipping fragile components, but would of liked a response back at least regarding the three broken t5's. The bulbs that worked perform on par to what's advertised
